Skills
Surgical Procedures
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a surgical specialty which combines expertise from both medicine and dentistry and offers wide spectrum of surgical interventions aiming at restoring form and function in the face
HYDRA

Corrective Jaw Surgery
The overall aesthetic balance of the human face relies on harmonious jaw relationship. Discrepancies in the three-dimensional position of the jaw leads to unbalanced facial proportions, worsening of the chewing functi, and compromised facial esthetics. With corrective jaw surgery, we are able to place the jaws in their correct position to improve the overall facial aesthetic and function.
HYDRA

Facial Implants and Customised Prosthesis
Facial implants are biologically compatible prosthetic materials that can be used to augment certain anatomical structures or replace anatomical defects. Facial implants can be used as prefabricated or custom made implant that is manufactured according to the anatomy of a specific individual to achieve optimal fit of the prosthesis.
HYDRA

Obstructive Sleep Apnea
We provide surgical treatment for patients with obstructive sleep apnea. The surgical correction using corrective jaw surgery is performed in collaboration with specialists from other medical disciplines utilizing modern diagnostic modalities including polysomnography, fiberoptic pharyngoscopy, and cephalometric analysis to direct surgical therapy.
HYDRA

Maxillofacial Pathology and Reconstruction
We perform diagnostic biopsies and perform surgical treatment of benign and malignant head and neck pathology in addition to microvascular and local tissue reconstruction.
HYDRA

Implantology and Bone Grafting
Implantology allows us to replace missing teeth with dental implants that is made of biologically compatible material. The implant integrates with bone and allow patients to enjoy having fixed prosthetic teeth that can last for years. If bone is missing, we can perform regenerative bone grafting procedures using natural bone and various bone replacement materials.
HYDRA

Facial Fat Grafting
The body provide a reservoir of fat cells which contains an abundance of stem cells that promote angiogenesis and wound healing, and help new tissue growth and development. We harvest the body’s own natural fat using refinement techniques for correction of of facial conditions, including facial scarring, residual deformities, and aesthetic deficiencies.
HYDRA

Revision of Scars
Visible scars can be unpleasing to the eye and compromise the overall facial aesthetics. We can surgically correct the scars by removing them or correcting them to be less visible while maintaining function.
HYDRA

Congential Malformations and Cleft Lip and Palate
Patients with cleft lip and palate require a comprehensive treatment planning that lasts into early adulthood. We perform the lip closure surgery, alveolar bone grafting, and orthognathic surgery to address all anatomical deficiencies in these patients.
HYDRA

Wisdom Teeth Management
The wisdom teeth are the last teeth in the jaws which can erupt or be impacted in the jaws. Proper diagnosis and management of wisdom is required to avoid complications related to untreated pathology. Proper planning using advanced digital technology is essential to allow a pleasant surgical experience and enhanced recovery.
HYDRA

Facial Sculpting (Contouring)
Facial sculpting, which is also known as facial contouring, is the surgical art of refining of facial contours by reshaping the soft and hard tissues of the face. Sculpting may involve surgical refinement of bone, liposuction, augmenting facial deficient with fat or fillers, or utilizing facial implants to adjust facial contours.
HYDRA

Correction of Gummy Smile
Excessive show of the gum during smiling leads to unaesthetic facial appearance. Various techniques could be used to correct gummy smile ranging from treatment with local injections to corrective jaw surgery.
HYDRA

Rhinoplasty and Nasal Reconstruction
Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that we perform to correct the shape of the nose for functional or cosmetic reasons. We perform nose reshaping surgery mostly for patients undergoing corrective jaw surgery and needing optimal correction of the overall facial esthetics.
